Norma Kamali accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise with all original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Please ensure that all swimwear and bodysuit returns have the original hygiene strip in place to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar durable container, ensuring all original designer tags are included.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
